We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager for an international company in the retail sector. Our client is originally a Dutch company and the head office is also located here.

What are you going to do?
The organization is ambitious and wants to grow. The HR strategy focuses on quality, effectiveness and innovation focused on an international environment. As an HR Project Manager you contribute to international projects with associated action plans, reports and communication issues.
In addition to your good knowledge of HR instruments and processes, you can work excellently on a project basis. Approximately 1 to 2 days a week, compliance-related projects will be central. This includes the projects and processes related to internal international audits, AVG, process monitoring, risk & control.
As an HR Project Manager it is important that you have attention for the details without losing the bigger picture.
You report to the Senior HR Project Manager.
The working language is English.
Who are you
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an international environment
– Available between 32-38 hours a week
– Proven skills as a Project Manager
– Proven knowledge and experience of HR instruments
– Experience in working with stakeholders
– Flexible to travel internationally (approximately 1 x per month, 2/3 days)
– Want to work in a dynamic environment and to be able to deal with pressure and changes
– Passionate and ambitious to achieve goals
– Fluent reading and speaking in Dutch and English, an extra language is an advantage
